The Undercover Funk Official Taping Policy
Taping With The Funk
Undercover Funk permits and encourages fans to come in and tape all the gigs with the following exceptions:
1. The Venue does not permit taping.
2. If the tapes are going to be used for profit.
3. Undercover Funk does reserve the right to disallow taping at any time.....(Although this is not likely......:).........)
Undercover Funk or The Venues at which they play will not provide any power supplies or sound board patches or any wires.....(In other words "Bring Your Own Stuff".........The more portable the equipment the better.)
Undercover Funk is not liable for any damages or injuries due to the result of taper neglegence......(People falling over your wires, damages sustained to taper equipment due to spilled beverages etc. etc. etc.)
We will pursue action against any so-called "bootleg CD manufacturers" who attempt to take financial advantage of our fans and to profit illegally from our work.
Happy Taping,
Undercover Funk
